MindgruveMacarta is seeking an experienced Content Creator to create engaging social media content including: Instagram Reels, TiKToks and static graphics. 

What you’ll do here:

• Develop, film, edit, and post eye-catching Instagram Reels and TikToks that align with our clients’ brand voice and objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute content ideas that are on-trend and optimized for engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and strategies.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms.

Qualifications: 

• 3–5 years of experience creating social media content, specifically Instagram Reels and TikToks.
• A strong portfolio or examples of high-performing social media content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools and apps (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Experience working in CPG and lifestyle accounts preferred 
• Experience with photography and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors.
• Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for turning ideas into shareable moments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for experimenting with creative formats and pushing the boundaries of content creation.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky and Denver, Colorado.
