What you’ll do in this role:

  • Overseeing office-related budgets, tracking expenses, preparing reports, and making recommendations for cost-effective improvements.
  • Assist HR in coordinating monthly events and special occasions. 
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, guaranteeing that the office environment is clean, organized and within safety protocols.
  • Ensure that the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Manage office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, phones), making sure it is maintained and in working order.
  • Other activities as needed by the company.

We are looking for:

  • Knowledge of MS Excel (intermediate).
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Assertive communication.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Creativity.
