What you’ll do in this role:

• Talent Acquisition
• Support the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, scheduling, and conducting initial interviews.  
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.  
• Culture  
• Develop and implement initiatives and programs to enhance the organizational culture.  
•  Coordinate internal events that foster team cohesion and employee well-being.  
• Communication  
• Manage internal HR communications, addressing inquiries and issues related to policies, compensation, and benefits.  
• Organizational Development  
•  Design strategies for talent management, including performance evaluation, diagnostics, and feedback.  
• Support in internal tasks  
• Coordinate internal events and follow up with service providers.  
• Best Practices:
• Participate in the implementation of best practices to optimize processes and outcomes within the HR department.  

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.  
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, organizational development, and internal communication.  
• Effective communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.  
• Proactive, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
